Full accommodation terms
- Rent Payment: Rent must be paid on or before the 5th day of every month. Any delay in payment may result in applicable penalties or termination of the tenancy arrangement.
- Notice to Vacate and Deposit Refund: Either party must provide at least 30 days' written notice to terminate the tenancy. The tenant must vacate the room or allocated space by the last day of the agreed notice month. If the tenant fails to provide the required 30 days' notice, the security deposit will not be refunded.
- Noise and Disturbance: Parties, loud music, excessive noise, or any behaviour that disturbs other tenants or neighbours is strictly prohibited.
- Illegal Activities: Any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited activity within the accommodation will result in the tenant being required to vacate the premises immediately. The matter may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Tenants must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in their room and all shared areas. Waste must be disposed of properly.
- Damage to Property: Tenants will be responsible for any damage caused by them or their visitors to the room, furniture, appliances, or shared facilities.
- Visitors: Overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from the management. Tenants are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
- Compliance with Accommodation Rules: All tenants must comply with the building, accommodation, safety, and management rules. Repeated violations may result in termination of the tenancy.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the room or apartment.
- Conduct Record & Reference Sharing: Management maintains a factual, dated record of each tenant's conduct during their stay — including payment punctuality, compliance with house rules, and care of the property. By registering, you agree that this record, including any instances of misconduct or repeated non-compliance ("behaviour status"), may be shared with other managed accommodation operators as a tenancy reference. Good conduct builds a positive record that travels with you.
