A marketplace for shared accommodation in the UAE — rooms, partitions and bed spaces, listed by named property managers you can contact directly.

What we do
Most people who move to the UAE for work do not rent a whole flat. They rent a room, a partitioned space, or a bed in a shared room — and they find it through classified ads, WhatsApp groups and photographs of a building taken from across the street. It works, eventually, but it is an awkward way to make one of the more important decisions of your year.
Qozey puts that inventory in one place, with the things you actually need in order to judge it: a monthly price in dirhams, photographs of the real room, what the rent includes, the house rules, and the name and telephone number of the person who manages it. You can call or message them yourself, straight away.
What it costs you
Nothing, if you are looking for a place. There is no account to create, no fee, no commission and no paywall between you and a manager's phone number. We do not take a cut of your rent or your deposit, and no money passes through us at any point — you pay your operator directly, exactly as you would have without us.
Who lists here
The listings come from property managers and operators: companies and individuals who run shared accommodation as their business, along with people advertising a spare room in their own home. Every one of them has a name and a working contact on their listing. Many of them also run their day-to-day operation on our property-management system — tenancies, rent, receipts, complaints — which is where the marketplace grew out of.
Some carry a Managed badge. That means something specific and limited, and we have written a page explaining exactly what it does and does not tell you: what we check.
The apps
Qozey is on Android and iPhone, with the same listings, saved searches and alerts when something new appears in an area you are watching.
