One address reaches us, and it is read by a person. What follows is how to make sure your message lands in the right place.
Everything below goes to that address. The subject lines are only there to help us route it.
Reporting a listing
A price that is not the price, photographs that are not of the room, a space that was let weeks ago, or anything that looks like a scam — report a listing. Please include the listing link and what does not match; that is usually enough for us to act the same day. An inaccurate listing comes down, and an operator who does it repeatedly loses their account.
Complaints
If you have had a bad experience with an operator you found here, tell us: send a complaint. Say who, when, and what happened.
We will look into it and act on the operator's standing with us — a listing removed, a badge withdrawn, an account closed. What we cannot do is recover your money: no rent or deposit passes through Qozey, so there is nothing on our side to reverse. For that you need the operator directly and, if it comes to it, the authorities in your emirate. We would rather say so now than have you wait on us.
If you are already a tenant of an operator who runs their properties on our system, your day-to-day maintenance and complaint requests go through them — they have their own complaint form and it reaches them, not us. Ask your manager for their link.
Listing your property
If you manage rooms, partitions or bed spaces and want them on Qozey, start at list your property. It is free to list. If you already have an account, sign in at manage.qozey.space.
Operators with an account and a question about the system itself — rent, receipts, tenants, anything in the management side — should email from the address on their account so we can find them quickly.
Privacy and your data
Requests to see or delete the data we hold about you go to the same address; what we collect and why is in the privacy policy. Please send these from the address or number you used with us, so we can be confident we are talking to the right person.

What to expect
We are a small team on Gulf time. Reports of listings are the fastest thing we handle. Anything requiring us to contact an operator and hear back naturally takes longer, and we will tell you where it has got to rather than leave you guessing.
