Shared accommodation under AED 2,500 a month in Ajman

At this end of the market the price is always doing something, and it is usually one of three things: more people sharing the room, a longer journey in, or bills charged on top of the rent. None of them is a reason not to take the room. They are the reasons to ask before you do.

So ask how many are in the room, whether DEWA and internet are in the rent, what the deposit is and whether it comes back — then go and look at it. A price this good and a manager who will not let you visit are the same warning.
